Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that take into account individual histories, goals, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies for clients in acute distress, employing your clinical expertise and empathy to stabilize challenging situations.

• Participate in community education initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues within the school setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
