Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement and manage effective treatment programs utilizing evidence-based methodologies to enhance patient recovery.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and patient education, ensuring meticulous documentation of treatment processes and patient progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and medical professionals, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with the latest practices in physical therapy.
• Meet established performance metrics and contribute to team goals, enhancing both patient satisfaction and clinic success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will treat diverse patient populations, with a focus on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. You will be responsible for adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience that fosters healing and restores function.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and preparedness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer systems for patient management and clinical documentation.
• Ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients, contributing to their therapeutic goals.
• Demonstrated empathy and a desire to positively impact the lives of our patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with specialized treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, or advanced rehabilitation technologies.
