Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, clearly setting goals and identifying appropriate intervention strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in adherence to ethical standards and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending training and workshops to stay abreast of emerging therapeutic techniques and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
