Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and maintain a strong, trusting therapeutic alliance with clients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment strategies as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary, and refer clients to specialized services to enhance their care continuum.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
