Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health challenges each client faces, identifying their strengths and available resources.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, prioritizing client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional guidelines in treatment records.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
