Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and mental health assessments to identify the specific challenges faced by clients, laying the groundwork for tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
