Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are respectful of clients' preferences, goals, and therapeutic needs, employing diverse modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and communication therapy.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care for clients, reinforcing the holistic approach we pride ourselves on.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
