Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms by assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to effectively tailor treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, needs, and preferences using methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients and their families through education on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster empowerment and understanding.

• Monitor and document client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and responsiveness to clients’ evolving needs.

Qualifications\n
