Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on several important responsibilities, including:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health strengths and challenges.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific client needs, setting clear therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
