Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of tailored and effective treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions utilizing , adapting your approach as necessary to best serve individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and engage in regular progress monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment process.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients opting for virtual engagement due to convenience or accessibility issues, ensuring that they continue to receive uninterrupted support.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our services.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and attendance at workshops. Stay abreast of current best practices and emerging trends in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 83,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with an enticing sign-on bonus to welcome new therapists into our community.
