As an LCSW at Bridge Impact Mind Builders, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment records following HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Providing education and emotional support to patients and families, guiding them through treatment options and connecting them to community resources.
