Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellness & Health Care Resource Centers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to promote clients' personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse client populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your empathetic and nonjudgmental approach is essential in establishing trust and rapport, enabling you to support clients in overcoming their difficulties and achieving long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
