Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families.
\n
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients in both bilingual (Spanish and English) sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure best practices are followed in treatment modalities.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record (EHR) software.
\n
• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and supervision, particularly in short-term individual and group therapy skills.
\n
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and privacy standards to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as trauma, grief, loss, and perinatal mental health. By being respectful and sensitive to each family’s cultural and individual needs, the LMFT will play an essential role in creating personalized therapeutic experiences that resonate with our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide bilingual therapy services.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting with a focus on behavioral health.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
\n
• Commitment to continuous self-awareness and growth as a practitioner, including the capacity for empathy and self-disclosure.

• Willingness to serve as an in-network provider on at least one insurance panel.
\n
• Ability to efficiently use EHR software and Microsoft Office tools.
\n
• A valid Driver's License and car insurance are required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience providing telehealth services in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
\n
• Flexibility to provide sessions during evenings and weekends as necessary.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
