Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to relate positively to residents, and families, and work cooperatively with other employees. Supervise staff in day-to-day operations Function as floor nurse as needed Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance. Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives. Meet all local health regulations, and complete a post-offer health assessment. RN Requirements Current RN license in State. Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification. At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care setting is preferred.
