- Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to assess their specific health concerns and goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
- Document client sessions and progress in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance client experiences.
- Valid state massage therapy license and certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a welcoming and calming environment for clients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-centered approach.
