Business Analyst (Facilities Management Delivery)

About The Role The Business Analyst supports Facility Management operations by analyzing data, processes, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Location This position is ideally based out of Dallas, TX, but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas. In this role, you will Analyze work order (WO) data, spend trends, and service performance. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Facility Management delivery. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Support transition activities, including data validation and process mapping. Collaborate with technology teams to optimize Facility Management systems (e.g., CAFM/CMMS platforms). Produce insights to support strategic planning and operational enhancements. What You Bring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Facility Management systems, data analytics tools, and reporting platforms. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience supporting transition and transformation initiatives.
