Our operations team handles all administrative tasks, enabling you to focus solely on delivering high-quality mental health care. You'll be able to manage your scheduling Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, free from the pressures of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial virtual assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health and substance abuse histories.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive, integrative care for clients.
\n
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process to promote healthy family dynamics and support systems.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults facing diverse challenges related to mental health and well-being. You will provide compassionate support and interventions, helping them navigate the complexities of their experiences in a non-judgmental and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD is required.
\n
• Proficiency in technology, particularly with the use of telehealth platforms, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and Google Suite.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace to maintain confidentiality during virtual sessions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing telehealth therapy specifically to young adults and adolescents.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment frameworks and a willingness to engage in ongoing training with our specialized care pathways.

• Experience fostering a warm and empathetic relationship with clients, illustrating your commitment to their mental health journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, which will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.
