Project Manager

RAMCO SOLUTIONS IS HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to lead industrial fabrication and field-installation projects from planning through closeout. This is not a desk-only position. You will work directly with customers, shop personnel, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects safe, organized, on schedule, and financially controlled. The work includes: Industrial fabrication and installation Conveyors, equipment, millwright work, and piping Food-processing and active manufacturing facilities Project planning, scheduling, purchasing, and field coordination Cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, billing support, and closeout Primary customer base is within a 4-hour radius focusing on the Eastern Shore of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia We are looking for someone who: Has relevant industrial construction, fabrication, mechanical, millwright, piping, conveyor, or field-installation experience – If you are fluent in the trades we are willing to discuss the position if you are out of this scope Can read drawings and understand scope, schedule, labor, materials, and job costs Communicates clearly with customers and tradespeople Recognizes extra work and manages change orders before value is lost Takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through This is a full-time position based in Laurel, Delaware, with regular travel to customer sites. Occasional overnight travel, weekend work, shutdowns, and extended hours may be required.
