Lead Medical Assistant — Clinic Ops & Lab Liaison

Job Description Job Description Clinic looking for full-time lead MA. Monday thru Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, may require some evenings and weekends as needed Responsibilities: Functions as the point person for outside services (e.g., Elliot lab, Quest lab, CMC lab, Crown). Monitors, maintains, and stocks nurse stations daily. Track clinical supplies, ensures items are received as ordered, stocked, and ensures packing slips are sent to Accounts Payable. Ensures exam room checklist compliance (infection control, stocking of supplies/expired items) is monitored and maintained monthly. Provides MA bucket support daily. Requirements: Education/Training: High School Diploma required. Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or equivalent medical training required. Experience: 3-5 years as a Medical Assistant required. Prefer experience in an ambulatory health care environment and working at an FQHC. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
