As a Security Officer Patrol Auditor in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify issues that need attention.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and/or assist with crowd and queue management in a professional manner consistent with the location's policies.
• Support loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns, and by providing courteous assistance to staff, shoppers, and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
