Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to clients, both within the community and remotely, focusing on those experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues to facilitate effective treatment plans and collaborative teamwork.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screening and assessment to identify client needs, ensuring a tailored approach to every individual's circumstances.

• Define and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to necessary services, ensuring seamless communication among clients, healthcare providers, and family members.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, while maintaining clear documentation of each client's progress.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, employing sound judgment to act promptly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in team meetings and collaborative sessions to enhance service delivery and quality improvement across the agency.

• Oversee client monitoring for admissions, ongoing stays, and discharge planning while adhering to organizational procedures and professional ethical standards.

• Complete all required reports and documentation in a timely manner to ensure accurate data submission.

• Provide on-call support during designated hours when assigned, demonstrating a commitment to client needs at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds who face mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other serious emotional disturbances. Many clients may come from socioeconomically challenged backgrounds, requiring a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required. A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
