Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with patients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication.

• Accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health challenges.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide ongoing counseling, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as required.

• Implement assessments and interventions that encourage personal growth and coping skills to manage symptoms effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse cross-section of individuals and families from the Edison community and beyond. You will engage with patients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes by providing targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required to perform the duties of this role.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential to provide a solid foundation for your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
