Director of Operational Excellence & Insights

Wingstop Restaurants Inc. is looking for a Director of Operations Excellence based in Dallas, Texas. This role is integral to defining and elevating operational performance across corporate and brand partner restaurants. Responsibilities include developing performance frameworks, establishing KPIs, and driving data-informed decision-making to enhance brand consistency and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of multi-unit operations leadership experience and a proven ability to improve performance at scale.
