Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other clinical tools to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient needs, cultural considerations, and therapeutic goals while continuously monitoring progress and efficacy.

  Document treatment records and other clinical information timely and accurately, adhering to regulatory requirements and department protocols using contemporary electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create and adjust detailed treatment plans, providing clear communication regarding their roles and anticipated outcomes in the care process.

  Provide ongoing interventions and therapeutic strategies to support symptom management, enhance patient safety, and reduce anxiety during treatment.

  Act as a liaison between patients and necessary referral sources, facilitating access to additional support services and ensuring continuity of care for optimal patient outcomes.

  Contribute to the development of the next generation of social workers by mentoring students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
