What Youll Do
- Drive a full-cycle sales motion, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and closing.
- Manage and expand a defined book of existing customers while acquiring new logos across LATAM.
- Position the full SmartBear product suite to align with customer needs across various teams.
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Leverage data, creativity, and AI tools to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Required fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.
- Proven ability to manage both expansion and net new business within a territory.
- A highly driven, persistent, and coachable mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking and adaptability.
- Experience leveraging modern sales tools and AI for improved efficiency and outcomes.
Compensation
Compensation: $72 – $72 hour.
