SmartBear delivers application integrity and software quality solutions for modern tech stacks, offering test automation, API lifecycle management, and observability capabilities. This role involves driving full-cycle sales, managing existing accounts, and acquiring new business across the LATAM region for SmartBears comprehensive product suite.

Who This Role Is For
  • A seasoned sales professional with 5+ years in a closing SaaS or technology role.
  • An individual fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, essential for the LATAM market.
  • A highly driven and persistent individual with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Someone adept at managing both expansion and net new business within a territory.
  • A creative problem-solver comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
  • Drive a full-cycle sales motion, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and closing.
  • Manage and expand a defined book of existing customers while acquiring new logos across LATAM.
  • Position the full SmartBear product suite to align with customer needs across various teams.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Leverage data, creativity, and AI tools to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
What Were Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Required fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Proven ability to manage both expansion and net new business within a territory.
  • A highly driven, persistent, and coachable mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking and adaptability.
  • Experience leveraging modern sales tools and AI for improved efficiency and outcomes.
Compensation

Compensation: $72 – $72 hour.
