About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be a critical support partner to our recruiting team and a key driver of smooth, efficient search execution. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative and ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and wants hands-on exposure to executive search and private equity recruiting.

This position offers meaningful responsibility from day one, with clear opportunities to grow and take on more ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Shadow recruiter-led candidate interviews to learn our process
• Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS (RecruiterFlow)
• Apply tags and update notes and custom fields for candidate tracking
• Assist with writing and sending outbound recruiting campaigns
• Screen applicants for alignment with open roles
• Support recruiters with candidate research and prep
• Post job descriptions and assist with marketing roles across platforms
• Ensure data is entered and maintained accurately in our database
• Jump in and assist with special projects as needed
