About The Role PARIC Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support construction operations. This role plays a key part in aligning resources, coordinating schedules, and supporting project teams from startup through closeout. Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth operations from project startup through closeout. Prepare and issue bid packages, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders using CMiC and AdobeSign. Collect and manage subcontractor documentation including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs); maintain compliance through regular reporting in CMiC and communication with AON. Track and ensure timely execution of subcontractor and owner change orders in alignment with company procedures. Support bid day activities and occasional field coordination (e.g., submitting permits, delivering documents). Coordinate prequalification status with subcontractors and internal teams. Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems in BIM360. Assist in preparing documentation for monthly project reviews and MBE/WBE utilization reporting. Lead project‑specific closeout efforts and follow up to ensure timely completion. Mentor and train Assistant Project Coordinators as needed. Assist in developing and refining project policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in a construction‑related administrative, coordination, or project support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of construction terminology, documentation, and processes preferred. Experience using CMiC, BIM360, and AdobeSign preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Must be a proactive team player with a flexible, can‑do attitude. Why Join Us?
