About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to spearhead the strategic and operational growth of its retail network. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the company, responsible for the precision and scalability of all retail deployment and support operations. This role demands a builder with a strong background in operations, particularly in the deployment of large-scale physical technology assets. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's expansion is met with the highest standards of quality and reliability. Key responsibilities include leading the retail operations strategy, driving scalable processes, and managing national rollouts. The role also involves building and managing strategic partnerships with key vendors and leading a team to foster a culture of operational excellence.
