Job Opportunity

Looking for a recruiter to support high-volume hiring in the manufacturing and light industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including: strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review and offers
• Source talent through active and passive methods, including events, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Review and disposition high volume of candidates under limited timelines
• Schedule interviews and collect feedback, generating offers and completing onboardings as needed
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process, including outreach, screening, follow-up, interview coordination, and status updates

Requirements:

• Recruiting experience within manufacturing and light industrial roles required
• Experience in managing full life cycle recruiting - working directly with hiring managers and sourcing talent (executive search, Boolean search or strategic sourcing)
• Fluency with modern sourcing tools and techniques
• At least 3-5 year experience required
• Bachelors is preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
