Executive Recruiter As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of recruiters, focusing on both candidates and clients. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, you’ll need a sense of urgency, focus on existing clients and identify new ones, interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy, interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
