Clinical Supervisor

Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid, 2 days in office / 3 days remote) Pay: 100k-105k Type: Direct hire LMFT Required Overview A behavioral health organization in the Gardena area is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join their clinical team. This individual will oversee a growing intern program, support licensed and license-eligible clinicians, and ensure documentation and compliance standards are met. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in community mental health, county system experience, and a patient but direct approach to mentorship and supervision.
