Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct mental health counseling to individuals, families, and groups.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to relate and support clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
