As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Yeley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, and using exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications include being dedicated to customer service, being able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs, having excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members, and being proactive in problem-solving.

Benefits include hourly pay plus commission/bonus, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within my office, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), supplemental health benefits, and valuable career-building experience. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, retirement planning, business insurance, college planning, health insurance, and renters insurance. Our office is located in 4013 JBS Parkway and is open 8:30-5:30. We currently have 2 team members at our agency and have 85 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
