Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in comprehensive consultations with interdisciplinary team members, contributing to multidisciplinary care planning and interventions.

• Conduct age-appropriate assessments, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate parent support groups, creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere for parents, particularly those dealing with the complexities of placement and adoption in relation to prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Perform developmental evaluations of children, offering insights that guide treatment and support strategies.

• Design and deliver training sessions for clients, social workers, educators, attorneys, and other mental health professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering a community of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work primarily with couples and families, as well as see individuals for therapy sessions. Our clientele includes adults, adolescents, and children, all facing diverse mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
