Remote Tier I Help Desk Specialist - 2nd/3rd Shifts

LHH in Dallas is seeking three Tier I Help Desk Technicians to support remote operations across the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Interviews are in person and you will attend onsite meetings 1–2 days per month. Ideal candidates hold an Associate's or BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, bring at least 2 years of help desk experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
