As part of the Accounting Division, you are responsible for maintaining an excellent rapport with clients, partners, and staff to complete the highest level of accounting services.Responsibilities: This position is responsible for accounts receivable follow-up, customer service, and the monitoring/posting of incoming funds for assigned Homeowner's Associations (HOAs).Responsibilities include:Customer services utilizing proper phone etiquette and returning all phone messages within 24 hoursAbility to research and resolve problem accountsProcessing of Status LettersProcessing of closings (new sales, resales, and builder-to-builder sales)Posting of closing checksPosting of depositsProcessing monthly AR for each association assignedUpkeep of individual homeowner files monthlyFiling and releasing liensVerifying legal fees for delinquent accountsLiaison between Association and Attorney for Associations regarding delinquent accountsPosting fine chargesOther duties as assignedGeneral Duties: Maintain a neat and clean office environment, and complete work within the time frame allotted.
