Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in our outpatient treatment center, specifically focusing on:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive and engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, connect with peers, and enhance their interpersonal skills.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will assist them in developing effective coping strategies and action plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their unique struggles and facilitate their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
