Brand Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and hands-on marketer. You should be excited to brainstorm unconventional ways to build brand awareness, understand where our audience is spending their time, and develop thoughtful ways to reach them both online and in person. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where ideas move quickly and there is plenty of opportunity to make an impact. In This Role, You Will: Develop fresh, creative ideas for reaching our target audience, identifying new channels, communities, partnerships, events, and cultural opportunities where the brand can authentically show up. Partner closely with the Co-Founders and Creative Directors to develop marketing strategies and creative concepts for brand collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns. Own the day-to-day execution of monthly marketing campaigns designed primarily to increase brand awareness, strengthen brand perception, and create meaningful engagement with our audience. Research emerging brands, competitors, and culturally relevant companies to understand how they are using experiential, social, digital, and grassroots marketing to quickly build awareness and community. Create original social media content from concept through execution, including ideation, copywriting, photography, videography, and basic editing/design. Develop campaign-related content across multiple channels, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, website copy, partnership messaging, and other marketing materials. Help ensure that campaign messaging and creative remain consistent with the overall brand voice, visual identity, and positioning. What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within a highly creative, consumer-facing, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or similarly brand-driven environment. A portfolio, case studies, or examples demonstrating campaigns you have helped conceptualize and execute. Professional references will also be requested. A strong combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills, with the ability to take an idea from concept through execution. Experience supporting brand partnerships, collaborations, experiential activations, or community-building initiatives is highly valued. Strong content creation skills and an understanding of what makes content engaging across social and digital platforms. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand copy across different channels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
