Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex product design issues using independent technical judgment
- Lead software sustainment activities including post-market investigations and field issue resolution
- Generate and review technical documentation for sustainment projects and regulatory compliance
- Mentor team members on industry standards, design requirements, and quality procedures
- Drive design changes and continuous improvement initiatives for released medical devices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years embedded systems software development with C, C++, and/or Python
- Proficiency with integrated development environments for embedded projects
- Knowledge of static/dynamic analysis tools and code quality techniques
- Experience with software development lifecycle and design control processes
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and traceability tools
Compensation: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
