Organizes office operations and assists associates to optimize procedures
Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner
Creates and updates records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Resolves office-related issues and responds to requests
Maintains trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Prints documents and labels for warehouse order processing
Communicates between shipping and receiving to consolidate orders and shipment status
Answers emails in a timely manner
Previous experience required; warehouse environment experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office
SHIFT Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
PAY RATE $18/hr
