As you participate in real listing activity, you will learn how productive agents manage opportunities from the first homeowner conversation through a successful closing. Coaching and proven systems will help you improve your presentation, negotiation, follow up, organization, and client service skills while creating more consistency in your daily business.

• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings

• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Currently licensed in real estate
