Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health through individual sessions, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques suited to client needs. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Actively collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to deliver coordinated care and achieve holistic client outcomes.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of client information through adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and grief. You will engage with clients from multiple backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive practices that honor their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling or mental health capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
