About the Role At UpStar Nutrition, execution matters just as much as strategy. We're looking for a high-performing, proactive Community Engagement Manager to drive community marketing opportunities, resulting in increased brand exposure, customer engagement, household growth, and top-line sales. In doing so, this team member will be pivotal in scaling the organization and navigating the culture and headwinds of a rapidly growing, emerging organization and brand. Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing : Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy and execution through product seeding programs and PR box deliveries to drive brand awareness and authentic advocacy on social media. From creator identification, outreach, tracking, and reporting, you own the initiative to get our product in front of as many people as possible to drive sales and marketing KPIs. Community & Social Media Management: Establishing our presence online by interacting with the community in the best way possible. From managing the content calendar, creating and editing content, responding to comments, answering DMs, and engaging with creators, you’re the one that connects us to the community while maintaining our brand voice and aesthetic. SMS & Email Marketing: Build and manage an SMS/email marketing strategy to grow and engage the subscriber base within our target demographic. Customer Service Management: Respond to customer inquiries across all channels and maintain accurate records for cross-functional communication. Product Reviews: Create a review acquisition strategy to drive trial and feedback across high priority channels for real customer feedback and continued innovation. Event & Field Marketing: Attend and coordinate in-person events, sample opportunities, tradeshows, and large-scale consumer activations to drive brand affinity with target audiences in key markets. Work closely with the Sales team to activate audiences in key points of distribution. Reporting & Strategic Insight: Own weekly engagement and seeding reports, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media, ideally in food and beverage/CPG A genuine people person who's energized by engaging with consumers and building relationships with the communities we serve A genuine connection to health, wellness, fitness, and the community we serve BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred. Experience building or growing creator/ambassador programs, brand partnerships, or co-marketing campaigns Deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok. You understand the platforms, formats, and culture, and have a real instinct for what makes people stop scrolling and engage Excellent writer with a strong instinct for brand voice and tone Proven ability to run a program independently including creating a strategy, running logistics, and executing in a timely manner Comfortable thinking about community marketing strategically. You can connect seeding, sampling, and activations back to what actually drives trial in key distribution points Comfortable owning a project from start to finish and operating with autonomy in a small, fast-moving company, and confident bringing your own point of view to how the brand shows up Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) Nice to Have Experience in the food/beverage or CPG industry Familiarity with content creation applications Comfortable capturing and appearing in short-form content Familiarity with social scheduling and seeding platforms Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new tools quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr 'ndulge
