The role will focus on building analytics and reporting capabilities that support data harmonization, customer insights, hierarchy development, data stewardship, and scalable data processing. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualizations, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop Power BI solutions to support a 360-degree customer view and related business analytics initiatives.
• Build data visualizations and reporting solutions using advanced Power BI capabilities.
• Apply DAX to develop complex calculations, measures, and analytical logic.
• Use Power Query for data preparation, transformation, and cleansing.
• Design and implement scalable data models to support reporting and analytical requirements.
• Develop effective and visually clear Power BI visualizations aligned with reporting and business requirements.
• Support data preparation activities, including cleansing key data sources and preparing inputs for data harmonization.
• Contribute to initiatives involving data matching, hierarchy structures, relationships, and customer data stewardship.
• Support the development and refinement of reliable data processing and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
• Contribute to expanding data sources and enabling actionable insights through Power BI and related analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Expert-level experience with Power BI DAX.
• Expert-level experience with Power BI Power Query.
• Expert-level experience with Power BI data modeling.
• Expert-level experience with Power BI visualizations and visual design.
• Strong experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, transformation, harmonization, and analytical workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
