Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Thoroughly assessing clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educating clients and families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Working integratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in line with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on clients navigating challenges related to divorce, relationship dynamics, and mood disorders. You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each with unique experiences and backgrounds. Your work will directly impact clients who are seeking guidance to enhance their coping strategies, improve their relationships, and ultimately achieve long-term emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
