Job Description Assist in planning and managing building and construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Support procurement and resource allocation processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Communicate project progress and updates to relevant parties. The Successful Applicant A strong understanding of construction project management principles within the property industry. 2+ years of experience in Civil Construction. Including but not limited to sitework, heavy highway, bridges, and concrete. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
