Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate across a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring holistic care and effective communication regarding client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with the caseload and experience of the candidate.
