Surgery Scheduler

Communication is key as the Surgery Scheduler: you will be interacting with patients to schedule office procedures (both inpatient and outpatient), follow up appointments, and any testing required by the doctor. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure all patient demographics are correct, insurance is verified prior to procedures as well as pre-certifications are acquired. You will also use your keen attention to detail to review necessary medical preps for day of surgery, as well as discuss follow-up with the patients. Develop and Grow Your Career! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Join the Team!
