You’ll learn how to create new business, connect with potential buyers and sellers, build a pipeline, follow up with prospects, conduct property showings, and move clients from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll also have access to ongoing coaching from agents who are actively producing in today’s market. The goal is to help you develop strong sales habits, improve client communication, and create the consistency needed to grow your career over time.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you produce, while flexible part-time and full-time options give you the ability to build your schedule around your goals.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, communicates well, and is ready to take consistent action toward building a real estate career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques.
• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to manage client interactions and transactions efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your market knowledge and sales skills.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical standards.

• Active real estate license or near completion of the licensing process.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential leads.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and following through on tasks and client interactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt by collaborating with experienced agents and participating in training sessions.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while upholding ethical standards.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to manage client interactions and transactions efficiently.
