About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing for its Insurance segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing and communications strategy, with a focus on turning underwriting expertise into compelling content and campaigns for brokers. This role involves supporting the brand and media presence of the insurance business, as well as creating sales enablement materials to assist brokers in understanding and selling the company's products. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the Chief Distribution Officer, distribution, underwriting, and leadership teams to ensure that marketing priorities align with growth objectives and to track the ROI of marketing efforts in relation to underwriting results. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for a background in the insurance industry. A minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, particularly in a B2B capacity, is required, with a strong understanding of the broker-carrier relationship. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running B2B marketing programs, including content, brand, and events, and hands-on experience with CRM systems. Strong writing skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language, and a comfort level in partnering with various teams to gather input and secure buy-in are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker who can bring a vision to the company's marketing efforts and is adept at managing change in a rapidly growing business environment.
